Terms and Conditions

Effective from 1 January 2025

1. Parties

These terms apply between NTC Dev (org. no. 928 576 876, Edelgranveien 52, 1356 Bekkestua, Norway) and the customer entering into an agreement for website services.

2. The service

NTC Dev provides design, development, hosting, and maintenance of websites. The website is accessible on the customer's domain for the duration of the agreement.

3. Price and payment

Pricing is $59/month (monthly plan) or $590/year (yearly plan). After signing the contract, payment is collected via Stripe. Monthly invoices are due upon receipt. Yearly invoices are due upfront.

4. Setup

Standard website setup is included in the subscription. Complex setups are quoted separately and agreed in writing before work begins.

5. Change requests

After publishing, the customer is entitled to one (1) free change request covering colors, images, text, or font. Additional changes are billed at $50/hour.

6. Lock-in and cancellation

There is no lock-in period. The agreement can be cancelled with one month's written notice. The website is taken down at the end of the agreement. The customer may request an export of text content. Yearly plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days.

7. Limitation of liability

NTC Dev is not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data breaches at third-party providers, or force majeure. Our liability is limited to the monthly subscription amount.

8. Intellectual property

The customer owns their own content (text, images, logo). NTC Dev retains rights to design and code until full payment. After the agreement ends, the customer has no right to use NTC Dev's design.

9. Privacy

NTC Dev processes contact information in accordance with GDPR. We do not share data with third parties without consent.

10. Governing law

Disputes are governed by Norwegian law, with Bærum District Court as the venue.
